The WYSTC Buyer Programme offers buyers access to the most diverse gathering of global providers from the youth, student and educational travel industry. Through one-to-one business appointments and networking events, you will meet new business connections with sellers from all areas of the youth travel industry, including:

Organisations selected for the WYSTC Buyer Programme are categorised as either Hosted buyers or Qualified buyers.

The buyer selection criteria and process

Below is an abbreviated list of selection criteria for WYSTC buyers:

  • Feedback about your organisation from 4 provider references
  • The scale of your current business
  • The potential of your future business
  • The breakdown of young people you send by sector
  • The priority destinations to which you send young people
  • Your office location(s)
  • Your participation objectives at WYSTC
  • Your previous attendance at WYSE Travel Confederation events
  • The outcomes of your previous WYSE Travel Confederation event participation (business appointment statistics and provider feedback)
  • Your WYSE Travel Confederation membership

Please note that there are limited buyer spots available and we operate on a first come, first served basis.

Whether your organisation is selected as a Hosted or Qualified buyer, a set of terms and conditions applies. For more information, please read the following:

Organisations that are not selected for the Buyer Programme, or do not wish to adhere to the buyer terms and conditions, are invited to participate as regular delegates.
