Director of Outbound Programs, InterExchange

James Bridge is the Director of Outbound Programs for InterExchange, a non-profit cultural exchange provider based in New York City. His first travel job was with a US high school programme in India, where he spent four semesters teaching teenagers from Vermont, USA while living alongside local students and teachers in the Himalayan mountain desert region of Ladakh. Subsequently he led volunteer trips for US youth in Cambodia and Nepal with Global Routes. He also co-facilitated an environmental work-education programme for inner city Baltimore teenagers with Student Conservation Association.

James studied journalism at Towson University (’03) and education at the University of Pennsylvania (’12). He is originally from Philadelphia and enjoys jazz, swimming, and absurd humour.
