Wendy is WYSE Travel Confederation’s Research & Education Manager, responsible for coordinating research projects undertaken by WYSE Travel Confederation and developing educational content and opportunities for members.

Wendy has managed the WYSE research and education portfolios since October 2014. She is a familiar face at industry events and the voice of WYSE Travel Confederation’s Ask Us Anything podcast. Having also worked for WYSE Travel Confederation from 2008 to 2010, she has watched the evolution of who’s who and what’s what in youth travel since the explosion of online travel and social media.

Wendy is interested in youth trends, technology, music and the history of youth travel. She has spent many hours sifting through the archives of WYSE Travel Confederation’s fascinating past. Prior to moving to The Netherlands, Wendy lived, studied, and worked in New York City. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and the New School for Social Research.
