Michael McHugh has worked in the international exchange field since 1998. He is currently the Senior Vice President of InterExchange’s Au Pair USA program.
A native of Pennsylvania, Michael had lived and worked abroad in the U.K. and Japan for seven years before finding his way to InterExchange.
After almost 20 years in New York City, he recently moved with his wife and two young children to the greener fields of Princeton, New Jersey.
Michael has been serving the international IAPA au pair community as Treasurer since 2021.”
