With more then 20 years of experience in the field of people development and executive education management, Catarina Paiva has worked at the best business schools in Portugal such as Católica-Lisbon Business School and ISEG- Exec Education. Presently she is a member of the board of Turismo de Portugal, responsible for the areas of management of competencies and training, an area that manages 12 schools of hotel management and tourism, and internal audit and management control. She is also a member of the Gaming Commission, the body responsible for guiding, monitoring, and supervising the activities of the Regulation and Inspection Services of Games, ensuring a connection with the Board of Directors of Tourism of Portugal.

Catarina has extensive experience in designing and implementing competency development programmes for executives at various stages of their professional careers and across different sectors of activity. With a degree in Communication from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, a Post-Graduate degree in Marketing from ISCTE, and another in Human Resources from ISEG, she has been certified in several business schools in the fields of management, leadership, team management and negotiation. She has also undergone training in several renowned national and international institutions, including Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and IE Business School in Madrid.
