Venue accessibility

The Conference Centre Lisboa was chosen as it is fully accessible to individuals with mobility impairments. The venue has elevators for ease of access, and our exhibition floorplan is designed to ensure that all attendees can navigate the space comfortably and safely.

Accommodation options

We understand that finding suitable accommodation is essential for attendees with specific accessibility requirements. Our conference hotels, Hyatt Regency and Vile Galé Opera, offer accessible rooms and amenities, including accessible bathrooms, and wheelchair-accessible pathways.

Accessible transportation

We’ve arranged for transportation options for our evening social events for guests staying at the conference hotels. Should guests of the conference hotel need wheelchair-accessible vehicles to our welcome reception and/or gala dinner, please let a member of our staff know and we will make necessary arrangements.

Dietary requirements

Delegates are asked during registration to advise of any dietary requirements. Meal options accommodating specific dietary requirements can be provided once this is indicated by the delegate on registration.

Communication and information

WYSE Travel Confederation strives to communicate important event information in accessible formats. Additionally, our website is designed to be accessible and responsive across all browsers.
