The venues are waiting, the speakers are confirmed and the programme is complete. All that’s left before WYSTC 2015 gets under way in a few days is you!
As you prepare to head to Cape Town, here’s some information to help you have a successful experience.

4. Make sure you’ve packed for a purpose
Allocate a small space in your luggage to bring general school and art supplies for the community project, Pack for a Purpose, and you can easily make a meaningful contribution to the local community while attending WYSTC.
You can drop your items off at the WYSTC registration desk at the CTICC.

1. Register and collect your badge
Register at the WYSTC registration desk to receive your delegate badge, wrist band and conference bag.
*Please note that badges will only be issued upon presentation of a photo ID and cannot be collected for or by a third party.

2. Attend your Annual General Meetings (AGM’s)
At this year’s AGM’s we will be proposing a far reaching restructure of WYSE Travel Confederation and we need your feedback.
3. Join our Welcome Reception
Get WYSTC 2015 off to a social start by joining fellow delegates at this years welcome reception.
