Workshop preview: Sustainability storytelling – how to make your story matter
This workshop will provide a framework to help small operators and agents identify their sustainability achievements and characteristics, and talk about them in a compelling way that enriches their marketing outreach to the aspirational youth market.
Workshop attendees will come away with an improved understanding of sustainability from the consumer point of view and the fundamentals of sustainability storytelling. Attendees will gain an improved ability to express why their actions matter in general and to their destination and consumers, plus take away techniques and concrete examples of messaging that can be used immediately by organisations in their consumer marketing.
