Natasha Lawrence

Natasha Lawrence is a travel leader with diverse experience across the sector, in hotels, hospitality and tour operating. Early in her career, she spent time in some of the world’s largest travel businesses, notably Accor and Hyatt, in sales and marketing roles. She has also worked owner-side for Asset Managers, running hotel openings for a major property developer, opening five new central London properties over the course of two years.
Since 2018, she transitioned across to tour operating where she has been heading up digital transformation and product transformation for the youth brand Contiki. Her work includes leading the business strategy to pivot to a consumer facing brand, driving the global direction of the product development, implementing revenue management systems and sitting on the steering committee on sustainability.
