Rates are per person and are excluding any applicable VAT.

WYSTC registration fees include:

  • More than 40 pre-scheduled face-to-face business appointments
  • Opportunity to meet with 200 pre-selected buyers
  • Access to attendees list including buyer information
  • Engaging educational programme
  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Social events
  • Informal networking opportunities

Exhibitor packages

Please see below an overview of the rates to have your own exhibition booth at WYSTC. Please note that booths can be ordered during the registration process and that the rates below are in addition to the WYSTC registration fee and exclusive of any applicable VAT. Booths will be billed separately and cannot be paid for during the registration process.

Co-exhibitor booth

Are you an association, OTO, NTB and looking for a branded space for your member organisations? We have a co-exhibitor package available which includes a branded wall, table and chairs for each co-exhibitor with their logo, lighting and power. Send us an email for more information.

Custom booth
