Rachel Claffey is a Business Development Manager for Taxback Canada. She has been with the organisation since 2022, beginning on the Irish market, before making the recent move to Vancouver where she leads the Canadian market.
Before Taxback, Rachel studied in Trinity College Dublin from which she graduated with a BA in Classical Civilisation and Italian. During her studies, Rachel spent time living abroad in London, the US, Italy and Malta, providing her with an insight into and appreciated for foreign exchange programmes.
Currently, Rachel passionately supports overseas folks in Canada – be they students or workers – in claiming their Canadian tax entitlements. Having filed more than one million tax returns to date, Taxback are the global leader in tax return filing and refund services. Since 1996, the Kilkenny-based company have developed and honed their innovative tax-filing software. Put simply, the Taxback platform takes users by the hand and walks them through the process of filing their tax return online.
