Marlenny Peña holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and has earned two Master’s degrees: one in Journalism with a focus on Corporate Communication from Universidad de Nebrija in Madrid, Spain, and another in Communication and Media Technologies from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Rochester, NY.
As a participant in the Work and Travel program for three consecutive years, she discovered her calling in the transformative power of cultural exchange. Today, Marlenny leads OFIT’s Professional Programs across Latin America—including Internship/Trainee, Teach USA, and internship programs in Spain—overseeing the application and placement process for participants to engage in immersive experiences that blend cultural exchange with meaningful professional development in the US and Europe.
