Since Lotte grew up with Stayokay, you can say that at her current age of 27 she is already quite infected with the hostel DNA. Back in the years her parents used to work in the Stayokay hostels and by travelling herself she has learned a lot. Having grown up with various work experiences in all kinds of departments and locations, she can say that all Stayokays have undergone a modern and sustainable transition in recent years.
From her position as an International Account manager, she believes it is important to understand the needs and wishes of guests from all over the world. This knowledge is helpful and of important value to increase the chance of success and the commitment to sustainable responsibility.
