Jason is a co-founder of D3x which is an AI agent that automates customer service for hospitality operators via a deep integration with the PMS (property management system). Prior to D3x, Jason co-founded Counter App, a PMS for hostels that he recently exited. As an operator, he started India’s first backpacker hostel and grew the company into a chain that served hundreds of thousands of travellers. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
