Jimmy Brazelton is Executive Director of Teacher Lounge, where he leads global initiatives that expand educator opportunity and address teacher workforce and career development challenges through international collaboration. With more than two decades of experience in international education, his work spans higher education, K-12 education, government, and the private sector, building partnerships that strengthen educator preparation, professional learning, and global teacher mobility.

He works with universities, school systems, ministries of education, and international organizations worldwide, and is a recognized speaker on educational exchange, teacher mobility, and workforce development. Jimmy is proud to be a member of the WYSE Travel Confederation’s Travel Safety Panel and works closely with multiple international organizations in advancing policy and best practices that strengthen international educational exchange.
