Born in a refugee camp in Uganda, Jackson has spent over 20 years in media and communications, reporting on groundbreaking stories from across the African continent. Recognized for his contributions to journalism and digital media, Jackson was named one of the “20 Young African Influencers in the Diaspora” (2016) and featured on the cover of Ayoo Magazine (2020) as a trailblazer in new media. His influence extends to social media, where his breaking African news updates are followed by thousands, including former U.S. President Barack Obama.
