Indira Alcequiez is the Founder and President of Alliance International Recruiting Agency, established in 2007 in the Dominican Republic, with the purpose of promoting and bringing opportunities to the college community of the country through various Work and Travel programs.
In 2016 we joined forces with other agencies that share similar goals, values and purpose and decided to create the first Association in Dominican Republic ICEAA (International Cultural Exchange Agencies Association) with the main purpose of enhancing and strengthening the WAT-programs, that allow us to help over 10,000 students to have a unique experience and connect them with different cultures. ACE, ALLIANCE, SHANCE, SWDA, DIVEP, ULEAD as ICEAA grow everyday and guide new and existing agencies to follow rules and regulations to ensure that the WAT-US programs are stronger and sustainable for future generations.
