Fariba Hicks is Vice President of Program Development at CCUSA, where she leads the strategic design, growth, and development of BridgeUSA cultural exchange programs.

With extensive experience across the Camp Counselor and Summer Work Travel sectors, she has successfully scaled international programs, launched new markets, developed global partnerships, and led high-performing teams. She earned her MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California in 2016.

As a first-generation American with a mother of Swedish descent and a Persian father, Fariba brings a deeply personal global perspective to her work. Her multicultural background fuels her commitment to building innovative, accessible programs that broaden perspectives, strengthen cross-cultural understanding, and create a lasting impact on participants and communities around the world.
