Dalvin Toledo is the Founder and CEO of SWDA, a Dominican cultural exchange agency connecting students and young professionals with international work and cultural exchange opportunities.

His journey in the industry began by creating educational content to help Dominican students better understand international exchange programmes. What started as sharing practical information online evolved into a trusted personal brand, an engaged community, and eventually a growing international education and cultural exchange business.

Today, Dalvin combines his experience as an agency operator, content creator, and industry leader to advocate for education-driven marketing, stronger participant preparation, and sustainable growth within the youth travel sector. He also serves as Vice President of ICEAA, representing and supporting cultural exchange agencies in the Dominican Republic.
