Currently, Crystal leads the strategic oversight of all inbound programs at Alliance Abroad, where she provides invaluable guidance to each program team.

Her presentations are known for their insights into effective partnerships with key stakeholders and her unwavering commitment to placing the exchange visitor experience at the core of cultural exchange programs.
Residing in Sandusky, Ohio, with her husband and three children, Crystal finds joy in the tranquil beauty of Lake Erie and the exhilarating experiences at Cedar Point theme park. She is an avid supporter of her children’s various sports and activities, enthusiastically cheering them on from the sidelines.
