Aplav Saxena is an accomplished international trainer, executive mentor, and social activist with over 15 years of experience in corporate training, TV shows, cross-cultural programmes, and global youth engagement and mobility.

As Outreach Director of STEP Beyond Borders, Aplav passionately works to empower young individuals through internships, cultural exchange, and international work placements. He has represented India on global platforms, including cultural presentations in Germany and Georgia, and has collaborated with organizations like UNICEF, TCS, Wipro, and the British Council.
