Andy Fenner founded a number of hostel and youth travel businesses before moving into association leadership and has also worked with major international NGOs on sustainable tourism programmes.
Andy is a charity Trustee and has led organisations across Africa and Europe. He was named UK Trade Association Leader of the Year for 2026, and continues to work with governments, NGOs and industry on responsible, community-based approaches to travel and tourism.
