Agustina Gutiérrez
Co-founder and Executive Director, TINGUA Intercultural Experiences
Agustina was born in Argentina near the Andes. Her curiosity about other cultures led her to move to Cordoba to pursue studies in international relations. She also engaged in various intercultural experiences. It was during her time helping at a social project in Brazil that she discovered her true purpose. In 2010, she returned to Argentina and founded Tingua, an organization dedicated to promoting positive and sustainable social impact worldwide. Tingua’s mission is to activate the potential of cultural diversity through international volunteer programs.
Over the past 13 years, Tingua has undertaken projects that align with my values and contribute to the well-being of our global society. In 2019, Tingua received a B Corp certification, making Tingua the first organization of its kind to meet the highest standards of social and environmental impact in Latin America. Currently, she is honored to be part of the B Corp Directory in Argentina, where she continues to advocate for sustainable business practices that will shape the world in which her children, Facu and Cande, will grow up.
