> How would my organisation benefit from attending WYSTC?
WYSTC is the essential youth and student travel industry event. If you are working in the youth and student travel industry, don’t miss our seminars and workshops, networking opportunities and up to 45 face-to-face business appointments.

WYSTC is attended by the world’s leading organisations providing cultural exchanges, study abroad programmes, language travel, educational travel, work and travel, gap year experiences, volunteer programmes, insurance, hostels and the support industries that serve them.

> Where and when is the event taking place?
WYSTC 2016 will be held in Belgrade, Serbia from Tuesday, 20 – Friday 23 September 2016.

This year’s event will be held at the Sava Centar.

> How many organisations and delegates attend WYSTC?
This year we are expecting to welcome over 500 delegates from over 400 organisations.

> How many organisations exhibit at WYSTC?
You will have the chance to visit the booths of over 30 organisations.

> Is WYSTC open to the public?
No, WYSTC is a targeted, business-to-business only event.

> How much does it cost to attend?

> How much does it cost if I bring more than one delegate from my organisation?
The registration fees are per delegate. Unfortunately, there are no discounts for additional delegates.

> Why do I have to pay VAT in connection with WYSTC?
Under current tax and VAT regulations in the Netherlands, we are obliged to charge Dutch VAT at 21% on WYSTC to organisations/delegates based in the Netherlands, with or without a valid VAT registration in the Netherlands.

Organisations registered for VAT in the EU (other than the Netherlands) can avoid paying VAT under the ‘reverse charge’ system. EU-based organisations/delegates without a valid VAT registration will be charged Dutch VAT at 21%. Delegates from outside of the EU can also be exempted from paying VAT due to their country of origin.

Organisations based in the Netherlands that attend the conference can, however, in general reclaim all VAT paid, provided they have a valid VAT registration in the Netherlands. To reclaim, delegates will need to include the WYSTC invoice in their general tax return claims.

Registration

> How can I register?
We have a simple online registration form that enables you to register in minutes. Click here to register now.

> While completing the online registration, I was unable to login to benefit from my member discount. What should I do?
Please contact our membership team on +31 (0)20 421 2800 or at support@wysetc.org and they will be able to help you.

> What payment methods do you accept?
You may pay by credit card or bank transfer. In order to verify payment and to process your registration as quickly as possible, we strongly advise payment by credit card. Payment by credit card incurs no additional fees.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer (or your credit card limit prohibits payment by credit card), please be advised that fees apply. Paying by bank transfer? Please do so via our secured payment gateway. We regret that direct SEPA payments are not possible.

> I have completed the registration process but I have not yet received my confirmation email or invoice. What should I do?
Shortly after you complete the registration process you should receive a confirmation email to the address(es) you listed on the registration form. This email should come from events@wysetc.org. Please add this email address to your trusted recipient list to ensure that your confirmation emails are not treated as spam. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, contact events@wysetc.org.

> How can I add more delegates to a registration when the registration has already been finalised?
You can log back in to your registration by entering your email address and reference number in this screen. Your reference number can be found in your confirmation email. After logging in, simply click on the ‘Register another delegate’ button to add additional delegates.

> How can I register if I am a buyer?
If you are an organisation interested in buying programmes or services in the youth travel market, we would be pleased to offer you the chance to attend this event. To apply for the hosted buyer programme, please complete this form.

> Can I make a name change to my registration?
Yes. Please send an email to events@wysetc.org to include the name(s) which needs to be changed and indicate the new name. Name changes are free of charge if processed before 1 July 2016. On or after 1 July 2016, we will charge an administration fee of EUR 150 for each name change. Click here for our full terms and conditions.

> How can I obtain a visa letter of invitation to attend WYSTC?
You can request a visa invitation letter after you have fully registered and paid for WYSTC 2016. Please email events@wysetc.org to request it.

> Can I cancel my registration for WYSTC?
Yes. Please email events@wysetc.org. Click here to find more information about our cancellation fees and conditions.

> Can I benefit from reduced fees for WYSTC 2016?
Yes, WYSE Travel Confederation members can benefit from a significant discount on our full rates. If you would like to enquire about becoming a member, click here for more information.

> Can I arrange business appointments if I only have a day pass?
No, only full registration pass holders are entitled to arrange business appointments.

> I have received a discount code; does this code apply to the day pass rate?
No, the discount code only applies to the non-member full pass.

> What is early bird?
Early bird is a special discount offered to delegates who book their tickets when registration is first launched – only 300 tickets available. This rate is much cheaper than the normal rate and is only available for a short period of time on a first-come-first-serve basis.

> When does early bird end?
Early bird rates end when the tickets are sold out.

> What happens if I miss the Early Bird deadline?
The prices for registration will return to the normal price after the early bird discount expires. If you do not book and pay for your tickets early you will miss the discount.

> Will Early Bird be extended?
The early bird tickets will not be extended past the limited amount of tickets or past a certain date.

> Can I attend the social events if I only have a day pass?
You will have the option to purchase tickets for one additional social event if you have a day pass.

> Can I book a social pass only?
If you are attending WYSTC 2016 as a full delegate you may invite a guest (i.e. your spouse) to any social events that you are attending. Please note social passes are limited to your spouse or partner, not business associate. Please contact us to purchase additional social passes.

Planning Your Visit

> Can I book my accommodation through WYSTC?
Yes, click here for more information about our conference hotels and special room rates. You can make an online reservation for the conference hotels. Contact events@wysetc.org for assistance with booking your stay.

> Does WYSTC have an airline partner?
Emirates Airlines is our official airline partner for WYSTC 2016. We will inform you about our special discounted airfares shortly.

> Are there exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities at WYSTC?

> Do you offer any tours before or after WYSTC?
Yes, we are working on some exciting events and tours which will be announced shortly.

> When will I be able to start scheduling my business appointments?
All business appointments are managed online through our simple-to-use Marcom system before the conference begins. Marcom will open around two months before the start of WYSTC 2016.

> Are lunches, coffee breaks and/or dinners included in the registration fee?
The registration fee does include lunches and coffee breaks on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday and a dinner on Friday. Please click here to view the full programme.
