Tourism marketing now has four key digital touch points, also known as micro-moments that are very different but serve the same purpose: create a great customer journey and in turn generate organic loyalty. In this workshop Antonia will review the ways Generator uses content to facilitate and enhance micro-moments and showcase some examples. She’ll also give you her top five tips for creating memorable and engaging micro-experiences.
