Registration Details

The Delegate Fee gives access to all official programme activities and events. This includes trading sessions, educational seminars, networking activities and sector association meetings.

During the trade fair and business appointments, organisations hold pre-scheduled meetings at their booths and attend the exhibition at their leisure. Most delegates prefer to secure a booth at WYSTC so that they have their own branded environment to hold meetings and can showcase their business in the Exhibition Hall.

Third Delegate and Up Discount

Organisations who register 3 or more delegates to attend WYSTC 2012 will receive a refund of US $135.00 on the 3rd delegate registration and up.  All refunds will be made after the event and will be subject to final attendance.

Exhibitor Booths, Advertising, and Sponsorship

Registration Deadlines

The Early Bird discount is valid until 31st May. Regular registration prices are effective from 1st June – 31st July.

Late registration is available from 1st August till 16th September. After 17th September only onsite registration is possible.

WYSTC A/S is registered in Denmark.  All invoices are issued in accordance to Art. 44 of Directive 2006/122/EC.

 

Cancellation deadlines

All registrations are binding.

Cancellations received  Fees for Cancellation
Prior to 1 August 2012  US$350 cancellation fee
On or after 1 August 2012 100% of the Registration, Advertising, Booth Purchase fee

All cancellations must be done in writing to: wystc2012reg@congrex.com and will only be accepted once a response has been received from the WYSTC 2012 Secretariat, acknowledging the cancellation.

Substitutes/Name changes from the same organisation will always be processed at  US$150 and will be added to the Master Invoice/Delegate Account.

Please be advised:
- after 1 July, if your organisation does not have the correct names, it may affect your business appointments
- after 1 August, if your organisation does not have the correct names, it will affect your Trade Catalogue listing.

Disclaimer

For reasons beyond their control, WYSTC 2012 and/or its agent Congrex Holland and/or its agents have the right to immediately alter or cancel the Conference or any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to WYSTC 2012. The participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for damages that result from such alteration or cancellation. Furthermore, with the exception of any wilful damage or gross negligence committed by WYSTC 2012 and/or its agent Congrex Holland and/or its agents, neither WYSTC 2012 nor its agent Congrex Holland and/or its agents shall at any time be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the participants, including consequential and immaterial damage, caused by failure to comply with any provision of this document.
