Attending WYSTC as a journalist
Accredited media are invited to attend the World Youth and Student Travel Conference 2012.
Media Registration
Before Friday, 18 September 2012
Accredited members of the media may pre-register for WYSTC. To pre-register as press, please contact Jessica Quinlan to request a short Press Registration Form. Conference badges will not be mailed, but may be picked up on-site at the Registration Desk.
From 17 till 21 September 2012
There are a limited number of press passes available and they will be allocated to accredited media on a first-come, first-served basis. Journalists may register on-site at the Registration Desk with proper media credentials and photo ID.

Please contact Jessica Quinlan to schedule a meeting with a WYSTC spokesperson. We are be happy to help accredited journalists with attendee contact information, event images and video content.

WYSTC regularly emails conference information and updates to prospective attendees. If you would like to be included in the newsletter distribution list, please contact media@wystc.org. For advertising enquiries, please contact James Cavell.
Company/product outreach on behalf of media
WYSTC can request specific company information on behalf of journalists. If you would like attendees or exhibitors to contact you for an industry-related story regarding a particular product, service or angle, just let us know and we will share the details of your request in the next WYSTC Wire enewsletter. Send requests to media@wystc.org.
Example: Educational Travel Magazine, Steve Smith, stevesmith@etm.com – Please send me all relevant company and product information regarding study abroad opportunities in Ireland.
