Buy a booth at WYSTC and increase your exposure!

During the trade fair and business appointments, organisations hold pre-scheduled meetings at their booths and attend the exhibition at their leisure. Many delegates prefer to secure a booth at WYSTC so that they have their own branded environment to hold meetings and can showcase their business in the Exhibition Hall. Organisations can book a 4, 6 or 8 M2 booth for the trade/exhibition days

All booths include FREE of charge:

  • 1 table (2 tables with 8M2 booth)
  • 4 chairs (8 chairs with 8M2 booth)
  • lighting
  • electricity (for laptop & phone charger)
  • white walls (you may attach posters to the walls)
  • wall-to-wall carpeting
  • fascia board posted above the booth (with booth number & company name)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Exhibition booths cancelled prior to 1 August 2012:
    350US$ cancellation fee
  • On or after 1 August 2012: 100% of the booth price
