Up to 5 percent of youth plan to study abroad
Three to five percent of school-leavers will choose to pursue their university studies abroad this year, Lithuania’s minister of education said on Thursday, Feb 11. According to a report from the Baltic News Service, Gintaras Steponavicius did not specify what data shows such numbers, but said he was not “dramatizing the situation.”
