The WYSTC 2023 Buyer Programme offers selected buyer organisations special participation terms. Organisations selected for the Programme are categorised either as a Hosted Buyer or Qualified Buyer.

Registered Hosted and Qualified Buyers must comply with the following conditions:

• Limit attendance to buying activities only: use of attendance for selling any services or products to other conference participants is forbidden
• Secure a minimum of 27 business appointments with non-buyer delegates through Marcom ACE at least one week prior to the event taking place
• Be present at all events within the conference programme
• Abide by the full Hosted Buyer terms and conditions / Qualified Buyer terms and conditions as well as the general WYSTC terms and conditions

HOSTED TRANSPORT COSTS

Selected Hosted Buyers have been offered a contribution towards their transport costs. If you have been offered hosted contribution towards your transport costs, your booking will be reimbursed within 14 days after the conference. To receive the reimbursement, you should:

• Meet all Hosted Buyer terms and conditions
• Provide WYSE Travel Confederation with the transport receipt(s)
• Provide WYSE Travel Confederation with your organisation’s bank details
• A separate correspondence about the reimbursement will be sent shortly after the conference to the individual hosted buyers
