Attending WYSTC as a journalist
Accredited media are invited to attend the World Youth and Student Travel Conference.
Media Registration
Members of the media may pre-register up until 1 September 2010. Badges will not be mailed but may be picked up on site at the registration desk. After the first of September, media may register on site at the registration desk with proper media credentials and photo ID. To pre-register as press, please contact Andrew.Singer@wystc.org for details.

Attendee contact assistance
We would be happy to help accredited journalists with attendee contact information and, when able, assist in scheduling a meeting with an attendee spokesperson. Contact Kate Pilkington at Kate.Pilkington@wystc.org
Company/product outreach on behalf of media
WYSTC exhibition services has an outreach specifically to attendee PR representatives that allows us to request specific product category information on behalf of journalists. As a journalist, if you would like exhibitors to contact you for an industry-related story regarding a particular product category or angle, just let us know and we will share the details of your request in the next WYSTC Wire attendee newsletter. Send requests to Andrew.Singer@wystc.org.
Example: Educational Travel Magazine, Stone Smith, stone@etm.com - please send me all relevant company and product information regarding study abroad opportunities in Ireland.
Event Newsletter - WYSTC Wire
After registration opens, WYSTC regularly delivers its emailed conference info newsletter to prospective attendees. If you would like to be included on the newsletter distribution list, please contact Andrew at Andrew.Singer@wystc.org.
Daily Newsletter from the Show
WYSTC distributes a daily event newsletter WYSTC Wire, during show days that includes each days summary and show announcements. An online version is available from the WYSTC website.

Media photos are available to attending journalists upon request. For those not attending, please see videos from the show or send your request for pictures from the show to Andrew Andrew.Singer@wystc.org.
