Conference prices

WYSTC is three and a half days of targeted trade, networking and industry-focused seminars and meetings.

The industry plenary session and keynote speaker begin the week in the afternoon with the seminar programme taking place the entire following day. The WYSE Travel Confederation and the associations under its umbrella hold their respective Annual General Meetings concurrently with the seminar programme.

 

The final two days is the trade fair and business appointment workshop with networking events taking place every day at WYSTC.

Exhibition Space

The trade fair and business appointment workshop take place the last two days of the event. During these days organisations hold pre-scheduled business appointments at their booths and attend the exhibition at their leisure. Organisations can book a 4,6 or 8 M2 booth for the two trade/exhibition days.

Cancellation Policy

All registrations are binding. Name changes and cancellations can only be accepted by email.

Delegate name changes will be accepted until 4 weeks prior to the event.

 

Cancellation Fees

Before 1 July – No charge for cancellation
Between 2 - 15 July – EUR 200 cancellation fee
Between 16 July - 15 August – 25% of your registration fee
16 August - 1 September – 50% of your registration fee
After 1 September or No-show at the conference – 100% of your registration fee

 

Exhibition booths cancelled after 1 September will be charged 100 % of the booth price
