Where is the show located?
Each year WYSTC takes place in a different country. WYSTC 2008 will be held at the New York Marriot at the Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn, New York, USA.
How many organisations attend WYSTC?
More than 450 organisations represented by some 1000 delegates will be at WYSTC 2008.
How many organisations exhibit at WYSTC?
WYSTC invites a limited number of organisations to exhibit in the Trade Hall on a first come first served basis.
Are there advertising and sponsorship opportunities at WYSTC?
WYSTC offers a variety of cost effective advertising and sponsorship opportunities for attendees as well as non-attending organisations. Learn more

WYSTC is a targeted industry event for organisations in youth, student, and educational travel, the businesses that support them and state, national, regional and non-governmental tourism organisations.

Can I bring my family or a guest to WYSTC?
Family members and guests are welcome to attend as companions of fully-registered organisations.
How can I obtain a visa letter of invitation to attend WYSTC?
A visa letter of invitation form is available on the WYSTC registration website, accessed by registering.
Can I book my hotel through WYSTC?
Once you are regsitered for WYSTC you gain access to the WYSTC registration website. There you can book your stay at the conference hotel and take advantage of the special rates being given to WYSTC attendees.
