WYSTC's Trade Fair and Exhibition runs over two days and includes a unique combination of
Business Appointments
Two days of pre-scheduled bilateral business meetings with organisations in your own or a related field within youth, student and educational travel - referred to as the Business Appointments
Travel Mart
Free trade time during which delegates can meet and exchange information with organisations they do not have pre-scheduled appointments with
Exhibition
Organisations can opt to book a 4, 6 or 8 sqm booth for the two trade/exhibition days . They will hold their business appointments at their own booth* and have ongoing prominence and visibility for the full two days at the Trade Fair.
*Ocassionally you may be scheduled to meet at the booth of your meeting partner.
Pre-scheduled Business Appointments (Thursday 4th and Friday 5th October)
WYSTC offers two days of intense trading with pre-scheduled appointments. These highly targeted appointments enable you to meet with up to 32 organisations for a 20 minute period for each appointment.
Sign up for the appointments to develop your trade and business alliances and network, and accelerate the speed to market of your products and services.
Travel Mart (Thursday 4th October, afternoon)
Regarded as “free trading time” the Travel Mart offers you the opportunity to catch up with all organisations attending WYSTC. Browse the exhibition hall and discover new partners and the industry's latest in products and services.
Exhibit (Thursday 4th and Friday 5th October)
Hire exhibition space at WYSTC and ensure your organisation maintains a high profile. The simple shell scheme makes it easy to organise. Simply choose from a selection of three booth sizes; 4, 6 or 8 square metres, fully equipped with table, chairs, brochure rack and lighting. Naturally, you can customise your space by ordering additional items.

Your Profile at WYSTC
The Online Trade Catalogue ensures that your trading details are available for all participants to view before the event. This way, you and your partners can already plan on meeting. Since your profile is an important link to doing business at WYSTC, make sure your details are current and concise.
Virtual Brochure racking allows you to further promote your organisation. Simply upload brochures of your choice to our virtual rack and profile your product.
Pre-Planning – Who Do You Wish To Meet?
Determine with whom you wish to meet by using our online Quick Search Applications. All These are designed to provide you with easily searchable, precise details on individual organisations, regions, products and services.
Plus, we’ve implemented a special “Favourites” feature that allows you, every time you log onto the WYSTC website, to track and manage organisations you are especially interested in and optimise your business appointment scheduling.
