WYSTC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the WYSE Travel Confederation and provides conference and event management services to the confederation, its members, and the youth, student and educational travel industry.
As an industry owned event, WYSTC provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, information and expertise, for the collective benefit of the industry as well as for the commercial benefit of its delegates.
Youth tourism is the travel industry’s fastest growing sector today, representing over 20% of all international visitors. According to the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO), every fourth traveller will be a young person within the next few years.

With a network of 5000 locations in 118 countries, the Confederation’s 540+ members provide international travel and educational experiences to more than10 million youth and students each year.
The Confederation’s mission is “to increase international understanding through the promotion of travel and educational opportunities for students and youth”.
WYSE Travel Confederation was founded in 2006 through the merger of the Federation of International Youth Travel Organisations (FIYTO) and the International Student Travel Confederation (ISTC). At WYSTC, WYSE Travel Confederation brings the benefits of its over 100 years of combined industry experience to the marketplace.
